It is a 18 mb download, but it's worth it. I can't believe it's free, this is worth paying for, for sure.

It's a small little sound recorder that uses your pc sound card to convert to .wav or .mp3 files. It's no longer being developed, but it's still one of the best recorders out on the web. It's easy to use and has a nice GUI

If anyone is looking for a MIDI editor program, this is the one to use, definitely.
